A great friend of mine got married this weekend, and her decorations were truly gorgeous, so I wanted to share.

Not too gawdy for their environment, meaningful, and elegant. I love how they held up to the rugged backdrop. Well played!

A gusty wind and a fierce hailstorm came through our backyard a few nights ago.  The wreckage gave me six meters of a disressed fence spread out over the yard.   Nature’s destruction inspired me!  Remember the fox skull? He finally got some skin.

I just wanted to post this picture of a Japanese shoppe I found in Paris.  I believe it was in the Latin Quarter.  It was a lovely shoppe, full of luscious origami paper, wooden geta, stiff cotton noren, bamboo chopsticks, and a hundred little hair ornaments.  I wish I had the whole name of the place, but I have to say they win the prize for the cutest sign.  It drew me straight in to their door!  Ah, the power of cute!
